Cancellation Policy

All booking fees are non-refundable – In the event of needing to cancel your training for any reason your course can be rescheduled 1 time to a date within 30 days of original booking date. Failing to rebook or in event of not wanting to reschedule your course your booking fee is lost completely. Any kits purchased will be available for you to pick up form the salon. If requesting to reschedule date this must be done at least 72 hours in advance of your original course date.
