Course Information

This course is for experienced nail technicians who want to take their business to the next level and train other nail technicians. Once completed you will be able to start your own training courses in all aspects of beauty and get those accredited by insurance companies. You will gain understanding of what is required from a educator to provide professional training at the highest level. 

 

This course requires a lot of written work, research and time there for requires a certain level of commitment to complete.
 

By the end of this course you will have learned:
 

• Importance of code of conduct 

• Inclusive Learning.

• Purpose of assessments in education.

• Adaptation for lessons and Characteristics for assessment methods.

• How to include learners in education.

• How to maintain a safe and supportive learning within your environment.

• How to involve learners in the assessment method process.

• Assessment method types in education.

• Constructive feedback and how it benefits the students throughout their lessons.

• How to construct a lesson and write lesson plans

• Advise on how to start up your training academy and gain accreditation for each course.

Other Information
This course is an online course allowing you to complete each module in your own time and at your own pace. Along with our in-depth manual we have also provided research links and other information to help you gain full understanding of each module

We will be available for help and support and able to answer any questions any time ( within business hours) with access to our personal WhatsApp number. You will also be expected to provide a 30 min micro lesson via drop box / WhatsApp or email using the information you have learned from your manual.

Once completed everything must be summitted for marking


Entry Requirements:
You must be 16+

There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification but this course will be helpful for your business going forward and help you when wanting to start your own training academy. There for it is advised you have at least 1 years experience in the subject you wish to go on to teach.

Next Steps
After receiving your Award in Education Training certification you can go on to have your own training courses accredited and start teaching students who will be able to start working on clients right away on passing your training courses.
